Cubikey Business Solutions Pvt LTD is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to architect and scale enterprise-grade SaaS products. You will lead a team, design multi-tenant platforms, and personally contribute to development, ensuring secure, reliable, high-performance solutions.

You will drive backend/API design, choose tech standards, and mentor engineers while working with founders to align business goals with technical delivery.

• 6–10 years of hands-on software development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available systems supporting multiple customers.
• Build multi-tenant architectures, authentication and RBAC.
• Lead backend development, API design, database architecture, and integrations.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and docs.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, ensure high-quality delivery.
• Make critical technical decisions around architecture, infra, performance, and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
• Ensure security, data isolation, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with founders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of technical planning, estimation, execution, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot challenges and continuously improve system performance.

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Technical Lead with proven experience in building and scaling enterprise‑grade SaaS products from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, experience designing scalable multi‑tenant platforms, and the ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in development. You will be responsible for making key architectural decisions, establishing engineering best practices, and delivering reliable, secure, and high‑performance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade SaaS platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available systems capable of supporting multiple customers and growing workloads.
• Build robust multi‑tenant architectures, authentication and authorization systems, and role‑based access controls.
• Lead backend development, API design, database architecture, and third‑party integrations.
• Establish engineering standards covering code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Make critical technical decisions around architecture, infrastructure, performance, and scalability.
• mplement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production incident management.
• Ensure enterprise‑level security, data isolation, reliability, and application performance.
• Collaborate with founders and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of technical planning, effort estimation, project execution, and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

Required Technical Skills

• 6–10 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and launching enterprise‑grade SaaS products from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, caching, and database optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and production deployments.
• Understanding of application security, data isolation, authentication, authorization, and enterprise access controls.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, backups, and disaster recovery practices.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or other modern frontend technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience taking a SaaS product from MVP to a production‑ready, commercially scalable platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex workflows, integrations, and access requirements.
• Experience designing subscription management, usage metering, billing, and customer administration features.
• Experience improving performance and reliability as customer volumes grow.
• Experience working in startups or product‑led organizations.
• Experience leading a small engineering team in a fast‑paced environment.
