About the Position

We're seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, scalable applications.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Design and develop generative AI applications using large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions
• Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases
• Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems
• Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems
• Experience with API development and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems

Desired but not required

• Master's or PhD in AI, ML, or related field
• Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services
