Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale software solutions that support strategic business objectives and customer needs. Drive technical direction across multiple teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence across platforms and services. Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into innovative and sustainable technology solutions. Champion modern engineering practices, automation, observability, and AI-driven efficiencies to improve development velocity and system quality. Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership that elevates engineering standards, accelerates innovation, and strengthens organisational capability.

3. What THIS ROLE Requires

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platforms. Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, event-driven systems, and modern software engineering practices. Proven ability to influence architecture decisions, lead complex technical initiatives, and drive alignment across multiple engineering teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical excellence and business outcomes.
