Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or related software engineering discipline with 8-12 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
• Experience with operating systems design and systems programming.
• Familiarity with networks, databases, servers, and information security.
• Proficiency in C++ and up-to-date with its evolution.
• Experience with scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Write backend services using C/C++ and/or Lua.
• Scope and estimate development and testing effort for user stories.
• Perform automated testing in an iterative agile environment.

Your ability to create system software would be a distinct plus.· You are familiar with concepts such as networks, databases, servers, application protocols and information security, and you have successfully participated in software development involving at least some of that.· You are fluent in the C++ language and follow its evolution closely.· You are familiar with other programming (scripting) languages.· Open minded, able to think within and out of the box.· Fluent English required.
