Job summary

ICREON is seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Solution Architect currently holding Sitecore MVP status. The role focuses on designing AI-powered digital experiences using SitecoreAI, XM Cloud, and related tools, and leading enterprise-scale implementations.

You will drive architecture, pre-sales activities, and mentor global engineering teams, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions across a composable ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Current Sitecore Technology MVP with at least 2–3 MVP awards.
• 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with SitecoreAI, Agentic Studio, XM Cloud, Sitecore Search, CDP, Personalize, and Content Hub.
• Strong understanding of composable architecture, headless CMS, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading enterprise implementations and distributed teams.
• Experience in technical pre-sales and complex solution delivery.
