What You’ll Be Doing (Day in the Life)
  • Talent Scout & Deal Closer: Source top tech talent in India and globally and close deals efficiently.
  • Revenue Trailblazer: Own revenue-related goals with a consultative approach, delivering tailored solutions for each client.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect and analyze data from HR tools, conduct audits, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening, evaluating technical and behavioral competencies and fit with requirements.
  • Specialized Role Hiring: Work independently on niche technology roles using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Boolean Search Expertise: Utilize Boolean search techniques on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and others to source qualified candidates.
  • Negotiation & Engagement: Lead effective negotiation conversations ensuring alignment of expectations with offerings while balancing stakeholder needs.

  • Product Company Recruitment Savvy: Deep knowledge of tech talent markets in India and the needs of product companies.
  • Ownership & Revenue Focus: Willingness to drive growth and manage accounts.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail; familiarity with ATS and data-driven recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation and cross-questioning abilities.
