Principal Product Manager (Design & Experience)

This is a senior product role that owns one major area of the platform and also sets the experience standards for every product. The work covers strategy, specs, scope decisions, discovery with banking operations and compliance experts, and defining success measures. A strong candidate has owned both the product and its experience in enterprise software for high-stakes work, writes clearly, and can influence engineers and senior leaders without formal authority. Banking or other regulated industry experience helps, as does exposure to Japanese clients.

AI changes the work here in two ways. The product itself runs on AI agents, so the role must decide how uncertainty, failure and confidence are shown to people. The job also expects fast prototyping with AI tools so ideas reach users in days.
