Job summary

Talentstack seeks a capable implementation specialist to own customer onboarding and platform configuration, translating enterprise requirements into practical scope.

You will build and configure integrations, validate end-to-end workflows, and collaborate with customer teams to deliver successful deployments and training.

Responsibilities include running UAT, coordinating test cycles, and providing L1/L3 support while ensuring milestones and quality releases.

Qualifications

• Solid full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Enterprise implementation or onboarding experience covering requirements discovery, scope, and configuration.
• Experience running or supporting UAT and prioritizing customer-reported issues under delivery deadlines.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with a willingness to lead calls, explain technical issues, and train users.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and unfamiliar customer-specific integration or configuration challenges independently.

• Develop and ship features across web applications and backend services; diagnose bugs, implement fixes, and verify changes through testing.
• Run customer UAT: coordinate test cycles, triage and prioritize findings, resolve issues, and prepare releases for sign-off.
• Work directly with customer business, IT, and security teams through calls, demonstrations, and implementation discussions; communicate progress and capture feedback.
• Deliver customer training and maintain implementation documentation and troubleshooting guides; operate the product confidently.
• Own L1 support for day-to-day questions and L3 support for complex defects requiring codebase investigation and resolution.
• Coordinate with Platform Reliability & Security Engineer on L2 escalations and release rollout, ensuring fixes are validated in the customer environment.
