Position Overview

Parul University invites applications for the position of Principal – Faculty of Physiotherapy. The University seeks an accomplished academic leader with extensive experience in physiotherapy education, clinical practice, research, academic administration, and institutional development to lead the Faculty of Physiotherapy towards excellence in rehabilitation sciences and healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Provide strategic direction for physiotherapy programmes, curriculum development, and academic quality enhancement.
• Ensure academic programmes align with evolving healthcare needs and professional standards.
• Promote evidence-based teaching, practical training, and competency-based learning.
• Strengthen clinical laboratories, rehabilitation facilities, and practical training infrastructure.

Research & Innovation

• Promote research in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, sports, and community-based physiotherapy.
• Encourage quality research publications, funded projects, and collaborative research.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary research in rehabilitation and allied healthcare sciences.

Faculty Development
