They should develop plans for ongoing personal and professional growth. The role requires mastering new services, technology, and internal processes shortly after implementation. Responsibilities include managing customer events (instruction, application implementation, environment setup, etc.) to ensure success, producing quality deliverables (assessments, communication, curriculum development, tutoring, eLearning), and teaching new technical material or implementing new Oracle Applications modules with minimal prep. They should review methods, processes, and training materials, identify weak areas, suggest improvements, meet utilization targets, and travel as needed.
