Principal Landscape Architect - Architecture (AECOM – Enterprise Capabilities)

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon office

AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is seeking an experienced Principal Landscape Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Landscape Design / Public Realm projects in the private or public sectors.
• Familiar with design, tender and construction processes; international experience in the UK, Middle East or APAC advantageous.
• Proficient in design detailing and construction techniques.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), MS Office, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion; advanced BIM skill in landscape design/infrastructure works is a plus.
• Draft technical reports and contractual documents of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimal guidance.
• Work to a program schedule and proactively advise team members of any issues affecting efficient project completion.
• Review team members’ work to ensure deliverables meet AECOM standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• M‑and‑M degree in Landscape Architecture from a university of international repute is an added advantage.
• 9‑14 years of professional experience in landscape design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience in landscape design, documentation and site implementation.
• Chartered status is an advantage.
