LutechResources in Gurugram, India is seeking an AI Development Manager to lead the creation and delivery of Enterprise-grade AI solutions across functions. Job Overview:

The AI Development Managerwill lead the development and delivery of Enterprise-grade AI solutions across all functions as needed. This role combines people leadership, technical depth, delivery accountability, and stakeholder influence. The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing global development team, translate business priorities into a scalable AI product roadmap, and ensure that AI applications, agents, knowledge solutions, and intelligent automation platforms are secure, governed, supportable, and measurable.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Own the AI product roadmap, use-case prioritization, delivery plan, budget, risks, and value realization


• Lead and develop AI developers, Python and .NET developers, architects, and delivery partners


• Partner with business leaders to define outcomes, manage priorities, and communicate progress and decisions


• Provide technical direction for Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, semantic search, and document intelligence solutions


• Establish reusable architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD, ML Ops/LLM Ops, testing, monitoring, and support practices


• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, ERP, CRM, databases, and enterprise applications.Promote modular design, reusable services, API-first integration, observability, automated testing, and maintainable engineering practices


• Transformation from generic code to refactorable code and vibe code methods (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot Studio, Cursor etc


• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards


• Drive production reliability, adoption, performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.Define measurable success criteria and track outcomes such as adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality, reliability, user satisfaction, and realized benefits


• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Curiosity, adaptability, and a disciplined approach to continuous learning and experimentation

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline


• 10+ years in application development, cloud, data, or AI, including 4+ years leading technical teams/ AI Development function/ delivery functions


• Proven delivery of enterprise Generative AI, AI agent, RAG, search, or intelligent document solutions from concept to production.


• Experience managing stakeholders, resources, partners, dependencies, risks, and measurable delivery outcomes


• Competent in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture


• Adept in Advanced Python; working knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Azure SQL


• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, API integration, monitoring, and secure development practices


• People leadership, product and portfolio management, Agile delivery, vendor management, and executive communication


• Exposure to ITIL Principles and Change management process
