Highonliving in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with clients, mentor a small design team, review layouts, renders, drawings and budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in residential interior design, a Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape and Photoshop.

• 8–12 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• Experience with luxury and premium residential projects.
• Proficient in space planning, concepts, material selection, detailing and 3D visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the complete design process from concept to final design sign-off.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Review layouts, 3D renders, working drawings and BOQs.
• Lead and mentor the design team.
• Coordinate with site execution, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain design quality, timelines and project budgets.
• Participate in important client meetings and presentations.
• Develop standard design processes and templates for the firm.
