Unimaxx Architects and Interiors in Coimbatore seeks an interior designer to craft creative and functional concepts for residential and commercial spaces. You will drive the design from concept to detailed drawings and visuals, ensuring plans meet client needs and budget.

You will prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture designs, and 3D visualizations, handle space planning, finishes, and material specifications, and present proposals to clients.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture designs, and 3D visualizations.
• Handle space planning, material selection, finishes, furniture detailing, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare detailed execution drawings and coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy, execution quality, and project progress.
• Work closely with the design and project management teams to meet deadlines.
• Support quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material specifications.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the design and execution process.
