Job summary

Tata Communications Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on, impact-driven Principal SRE to lead the IZ0+ Multi-Cloud Network platform spanning AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI.

You will own architecture, automation, production readiness, and drive IaC, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization while mentoring the team and shaping technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong AWS expertise with hands-on experience in Azure/GCP/OCI.
• Strong Kubernetes, Linux, cloud networking and Terraform experience.
• Strong scripting/programming skills - Python / Go / Bash.
• Experience operating customer-facing production platforms.
• Strong experience in automation, observability, incident management and RCA.
• Ability to design and implement highly available and resilient distributed systems.
• Strong technical ownership and ability to drive complex initiatives independently.

We are looking for an impact-driven Principal SRE to join the engineering team building IZO+ Multi-Cloud Network (MCN) - a cloud-native platform enabling secure and scalable connectivity across AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can take ownership of complex platform problems and drive them from architecture automation production continuous improvement.
