Job description

We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and having experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards.

What you will do

• Work as a Professional with relevant work experience and expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS application, specially the FIN track, who can work on a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a Technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting existing technical solutions, and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise.
• Have 10+ years of experience in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
• Be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Deliver services both remotely or onsite, depending on business requirements.
• Have experience acting as a specialist, developer, or similar with cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
• Be proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
• Hold an undergraduate or higher-level degree, or have equivalent work experience.
• Have a positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset in front of challenging situations.
• Be driven to take innovative proposals and make them mature solutions.
• Have the ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine suitability and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.
• Think out of the box and be creative with solutions.

You should have

• 10+ years of implementation experience with Financial solutions.
• At least 6 years of experience in implementing Financial SaaS applications.
• Experience working with Finance modules, such as Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, and Revenue Management.
• Excellent experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing.
• Ability to understand, design, and develop complete solutions, with proficiency in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Proven experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, and page composer.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of roles and security.
• Follow and ensure adoption of Oracle implementation best practices, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
