Job summary

Reyika is seeking an engineering lead to mentor the team across product development and platform initiatives, gaining deep understanding of existing products, architecture, customer requirements, and technical debt. You will drive the evolution toward multi-tenant SaaS platforms and define engineering standards and practices.

You will conduct architecture and code reviews, contribute to critical design tasks, and improve productivity with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server and distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs and cloud-native systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and multi-tenant platform design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Strong database design and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to evaluate and modernize architectures pragmatically.
• Agentic workflows and engineering automation.
