Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• PE certification or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of road and highway experience and large-project management.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Experience delivering BIM Infrastructure projects; multi-disciplinary liaison.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong understanding of road design standards and regulations.
• Focus on sustainable and innovative road construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership; mentoring junior engineers.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; works well in multicultural teams.

• Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Having experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects and has the ability to lais with multi disciplines
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• In-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulations
• Expertise in sustainable and innovative road construction techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers
