Job summary

ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP in Bengaluru is seeking a System Architect with 10-16 years of experience to shape the architecture of a scalable cloud-native platform built on .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, drive SAFe/Agile delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver secure, resilient enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET/C#
• Strong SAFe/Agile delivery leadership
• Experience designing scalable, secure distributed systems
• Proven ability to define architecture roadmaps and governance

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and architecture roadmap for enterprise platforms.

Are you passionate about building scalable enterprise platforms and defining architecture that powers mission-critical products?

We're looking for an experienced System Architect with 10–16 years of experience to lead the architecture of a modern cloud-native platform built on .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure.

Please note: we are not considering profiles of Cloud Architects and AI Architects. Candidates should be form .Net Platform.

Work Model:

Hybrid (3 Days/Week Work from Office)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experts with strong experience in:

System Architecture & Architectural Leadership

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture across UI, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture for enterprise-grade .NET/C# applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems.
• Drive API strategy, authentication (OAuth/OIDC), integration patterns, and data architecture.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Technical Expertise

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / C#
• OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Identity & Access Management
• CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud-native Engineering
• Security, Performance, Scalability & Reliability

What You'll Do

• Define the technical vision and architecture roadmap.
• Lead modernization initiatives and cloud transformation.

• Guide Agile Release Trains (SAFe) and support PI Planning.
• Mentor engineering teams and influence key technical decisions.
