Job summary

Arcadis GEC is seeking a senior role responsible for owning technical delivery and project management across complex projects. You will oversee multiple colleagues across disciplines, drive analysis/design production, and ensure quality, risk, and commercial alignment.

• Owning Technical Delivery and Project Management responsibilities
• Overseeing the work and/or development of multiple colleagues working on complex projects across multiple disciplines
• Managing the production and verification of analysis and design, including drawings and reports, relating to projects
• Taking responsibility for technical resource allocation, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications
• Proactively engaging with Arcadis Regional offices/teams regarding safe design requirements and flagging risks at appropriate levels
• Resolving issues and creating strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions
• Developing technical methodologies that add value to the scope from other Arcadis Regions and guiding junior colleagues
• Reviewing work and driving a culture of checking and accountability in the team, including interdisciplinary checks
• Familiarizing with client‑specific specifications, processes, and technical preferences
• Proactively engaging and participating with relevant Communities of Practice
• Liaising with and assisting the project manager to ensure commercial aspects relating to the design team achieve successful results
• Developing plans and budgets for medium‑size and/or complex tasks and monitoring progress against them
• Identifying opportunities and driving implementation of re‑engineering strategies to maximize design value
• Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure overall design integrity
• Providing technical advice to project team members
• Handling multiple management responsibilities, overseeing the work and/or development of multiple colleagues on complex projects in a single discipline
• Managing Design Health & Safety for project works
• Performing task management activities for the Arcadis GEC
