Job summary

WSP India is seeking a senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to contribute across geotechnical investigations, fieldwork, and project planning. You will support clients and contractors, applying engineering methods to solve challenges and deliver technical deliverables.

The role requires a Civil/Geotechnical engineering background, 12+ years in Geo-Environmental Eng, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll engage with mentors, grow professionally, and help drive safe, high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, or related).
  • 12+ years’ experience in Geo-Environmental Engineering.
  • Developing skills in report writing, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow capability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to “Best for WSP” outcomes.
  • Understanding of SHEQ requirements and safety‑first values.
  • Membership in Engineers Australia or participation in a Professional Development Program is highly regarded.
