You will mentor engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and support pre-sales and design reviews. The position requires strong Embedded C skills, RTOS, MCU/MPU exposure, and experience with debugging tools like J-Link, Logic

Qualifications

• Hands-on embedded firmware development experience.
• Experience with RTOS development (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.).
• Proficient with MCU/MPU platforms such as ST, NXP, TI, PIC, Atmel.

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer Embedded Firmware / MCU to join our growing engineering team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage multiple embedded projects simultaneously
• Hands-on development, coding, debugging, and firmware optimization
• Customer-facing communication and technical discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Participate in requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and code reviews
• Support proposal preparation and pre-sales activities
• Ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
• Participate in technical interviews and candidate evaluations

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C programming
• Experience with:
  • RTOS development (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.)
  • MCU/MPU platforms like ST, NXP, TI, PIC, Atmel
