Job summary

WSP India seeks an Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineer with 13–20 years in Audio Visual Systems Engineering. The role covers design, installation exposure, and testing of AV, signage/IPTV, signage, boardrooms, and smart spaces.

Collaboration with PMs, architects, and other engineers is essential for seamless integration. Responsibilities include design, modelling validation, network and power systems design, documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with project managers, architects and other engineers for seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including specs, drawings and manuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations related to building management systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure delivery.

• Digital signage and IPTV headend systems design
• Projector systems design including LOS calculations

• Coordinate AV with architectural, interior and acoustics specialists and converged network
• Create and maintain specifications and reports for projects

The ideal candidate will be an Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineer and shall possess at least 13 to 20 years of experience in Audio Visual Systems Engineering design (AV) and also have exposure to installation and testing.

Responsibilities

• CTS preferred
• Background music design and speaker systems design with SPL, STI and RT calculations and validation through modelling (EASE or similar)
• Digital signage, IPTV with headend systems design
• Projector systems design with line of sight calculations
• AV systems design and integration for
• Board room and meeting rooms
• restaurant, spa, swimming pool
• auditorium, conference room
• Ball room
• Smart spaces integration
• AV systems coordination with Architectural, Interior designer and Acoustics specialist
• Converged network design with cable management and power systems design
• Specifications and report writing

Qualifications
