- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering tooling and developing solutions for the organization.
- Proficiency in Python and one or more modern programming languages such as TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience building services, automation frameworks, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

- Experience designing AI‑enabled services and integrating AI capabilities into quality engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with modern AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments using modern planning, collaboration, and engineering management tools.
