Job summary

ApplyMint seeks a Principal Engineer – Agentic AI with 12+ years of software engineering to architect, develop, and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions across the full SDLC. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
• Develop and integrate LLM and RAG-based applications using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from architecture and design through development, deployment, and production support.
• Define scalable and secure architectures for AI/ML applications and agentic workflows.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall software engineering / technology experience.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Proven experience delivering AI‑driven solutions end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and SDLC.
• Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with DevSecOps and secure software delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.Experience designing scalable, production‑grade enterprise AI solutions.
