Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum facilitation and team leadership.
  • Expertise in payment application development, security standards, and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of operating systems, system architecture, and performance optimization.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C/C++/C#, Python).
  • Good to have Knowledge of ISO7816, GlobalPlatform, Java Card API, and smart card technologies.
  • Good to have Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
