Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud development, or architecture.
• Experience designing customer-facing digital platforms and large-scale enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions and modern integration architectures.

As a Principal Cloud Developer, you will drive the architecture of customer-facing digital platforms, support ecosystems, and enterprise integrations.

You will define scalable cloud-native solutions, modernize legacy applications, and establish architecture patterns that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business agility.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to influence architectural direction across multiple engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Translate platform architecture and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Design cloud-native solutions using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and modern engineering practices.
• Work through existing systems and define practical modernization paths that reduce complexity, improve reliability, and make platforms easier to scale and support.
• Connect enterprise systems, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, business applications, data platforms, and AI-enabled services through well-designed integration approaches.
• Identify where AI, automation, and newer technologies can improve customer experience, simplify operations, or create measurable business value.
• Create reusable architecture patterns and technical standards that help teams build secure, resilient, observable, and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical direction on complex initiatives through architecture reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance.
• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to turn requirements into thoughtful, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

What You Need to Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud development, architecture, or similar technical roles.
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing digital platforms and enterprise-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and business systems.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or modern integration architectures.
• A strong track record of building distributed, secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams and help align architecture decisions with business priorities.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs and recommendations to engineering, business, and leadership audiences.
