Job summary

LTM in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced security analyst to perform triage and security analysis of Android applications, including reverse engineering and malware analysis at scale. The role requires deep expertise in threat modeling and analyzing malicious code across Android environments.

Ideal candidates have 12–19 years in security assessments, malware analysis, and software development, with proficiency in IDA Pro and Ghidra.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 12 to 19 years of experience in security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
• Experience in malware analysis, reverse engineering, and software development.
• Expertise in threat identification and classification of malicious applications.
• Proficiency with Android reverse engineering and threat modeling.
• Understanding ARM-based architecture and reverse engineering tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra).
• Android development experience in C/C++ and Java; automated analysis tools experience.
• Ability to analyze protected samples and decrypt payloads; report actionable findings.
• Strong knowledge of security engineering, cryptography, and network security; Python scripting.

• Bachelors degree in computer science a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 12 to 19 years of experience in security assessments security design reviews or threat modeling
• Experience in malware analysis reverse engineering and software development
• Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in threat identification with the ability to accurately pinpoint malicious code and classify all categories of malicious applications
• Experience in Android reverse engineering APK DEX SDK malware analysis and threat modeling
• Understanding of ARMbased architecture
• Proficient in industry recognized reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro and Ghidra along with complementary open source utilities to accurately assess the malicious behaviour of Android applications
• Android application development experience in CC and Java
• Experience in analyzing app behavior using automated tools and sandbox environments to identify known malicious patterns
• Experience in analysing protected samplesuncover hidden logic decrypt payloads and produce actionable findings
• Strong technical knowledge of security engineering computer and network security authentication security protocols and applied cryptography
• Experience with automation and scripting preferably in Python
• Ability to classify applications based on predefined Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and known threat indicators
