Job summary

Genpact in Pune is seeking a Principal Consultant SAP MM/WM with extensive experience in WM and MM modules. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, creating functional specs, ABAP coordination, IDocs, RF frameworks, and warehouse automation. The role expects strong communication and exposure to Fiori interfaces. Hybrid work mode with immediate to short notice.

Candidates should have B.Tech/B.E or MBA/MCA, and 9-18 years of relevant experience. Location Pune.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP WM and MM modules.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: GR, GI, put away, picking, bin-to-bin transfer, storage types.
• Experience writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Knowledge of IDocs, RF frameworks (Mobisys), Fiori apps and interfaces.
• Experience with RF/RFID devices and warehouse automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users.
