Job Title: Principal Consultant ARIS (with APG & GRC expertise)
Experience: 4-5 years in Software AG ARIS, APG, and GRC
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Adoption & Guidance: Guide customers through their ARIS adoption journey, leveraging deep expertise in ARIS, APG (ARIS Process Governance), and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to help them maximize value and navigate challenges.
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Manage the delivery of ARIS, APG, and GRC services, ensuring high-quality, on-time implementations for both new and existing customers.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ARIS, APG, and GRC solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion of ARIS, APG, and GRC projects.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams on ARIS, APG, and GRC functionalities and provide ongoing support to address any post-implementation issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in ARIS, APG, GRC, and BPM methodologies, proactively recommending enhancements to clients.
Skills and Competencies:
- ARIS, APG, and GRC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ARIS, APG, and GRC products, delivery methodologies, and commercial models. Proven ability to lead ARIS product implementations for customers and integrate APG and GRC functionalities effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skilled at managing challenging customer situations, de-escalating issues, and consistently focusing on customer success.
- End-to-End Project Experience: Proven experience in leading and executing at least two full-cycle ARIS implementations, including integration of APG and GRC components, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
- Executive Engagement: Experience in engaging with C-level executives, delivering compelling value propositions, and navigating high-stakes conversations.
- Change Management: Ability to drive a mindset shift, encouraging customers to embrace the full potential of ARIS, APG, and GRC products for improved business outcomes.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Software AG ARIS, including at least two full-cycle ARIS implementations, ARIS enhancement projects, as well as APG and GRC integration.
- Certifications: Relevant ARIS or BPM certifications, BPM framework certification, and certifications in APG and GRC methodologies are advantageous.
