Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad is seeking a Principal Consultant- AD with 9+ years of experience for a hybrid role. You will manage complex Active Directory infrastructure and Entra ID integrations, ensuring secure authentication, policy enforcement, and scalable directory services.

The role expects deep AD knowledge, PowerShell scripting, and experience with hybrid cloud environments. Immediate joining and notice are preferred, with a focus on enterprise-grade identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8-10 years of experience in managing Active Directory infrastructure and operations within a large enterprise environment.
• Entra ID: App registration, app proxy, SSO, Conditional Access policies, user/group management, MS graph APIs; Active Directory, DNS, Group policies, DHCP, File servers, Certificate Authority, Domain Controllers patching, Windows servers.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, including forests, domains, trusts, and replication.
• Expertise in AD security practices, including privileged access management, MFA, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and management of AD tasks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based identity services (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and hybrid AD environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
