Role Description: The role is responsible for leading and charting the course for the Global Supply Chain Serialization Domain. SAP Serialization Solutions Lead will design, implement, and manage serialization solutions that ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and supply chain transparency. This role will be key contributor to Serialization Product Team serving as technical consultant as well as liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with compliance requirements, operational needs, and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), Tracelink, SAP ICH (Information Collaboration Hub) or equivalent serialization systems, with strong technical background, business analysis and client-facing skills to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
Master’s degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR Bachelor’s degree with 10 - 14 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR Diploma with 14 - 18 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
