Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a senior DevOps Architect to lead a small team and collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations. The role focuses on multi-cloud automation, DevSecOps, and scalable infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, drive RFP responses, and advance GenAI-enabled DevOps initiatives while ensuring robust security and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• 12 to 17 years of experience in DevOps or cloud architecture.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP in multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Proven experience automating infrastructure with Terraform and Python.
• Ability to lead small DevOps teams and mentor juniors.
• Experience with GenAI services and ML workflows is a plus.

About the role -

As a DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the DevOps capability and managing small teams of DevOps engineers. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations. On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

• Estimate for Cloud Platform automation and DevOps activities and build proposals.
• Multi Cloud exposure : AWS, Azure, GCP
• Adept understanding of different Cloud services and platform and their associated limitations, with special focus on Network and Application security considerations.
• Plan and perform Infrastructure automation, Build, Deploy and Release automation on various Cloud platforms.
• Design and configure DevSecOps pipeline for various projects, working with the Client and Project teams.
• Define, articulate, and evangelize Cloud Platform Automation activities.
• Mentor and guide fresh talent in the capability.
• Serve as a thought leader and SME for DevOps industry trends, new and existing technology offerings, and architectural concepts.
• Experience in developing Agentic solution for DevOps use-cases
• Experience in using GenAI Cloud Services - on Azure, AWS and GCP AI services
• Identify the use cases which can be converted into reusable assets and with the help of engineering team convert that to assets
• Conduct the sessions in DevOps tools best practices, emerging technologies etc
• Help the team in RFP in solution DevOps approach, estimation, solution
• Independently drive the client projects in DevOps implementations

• Prompt Engineering – Designing and iterating effective prompts for automation, coding assistance, operational queries, and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Agentic Framework – Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangGraph/ LangChain for building LLM-powered agents, multi-step reasoning workflows, and tool-augmented automation.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – Designing and implementing solutions that combine LLMs with internal documentation, operational runbooks, or logs for contextual responses.
• GenAI Cloud Services – Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and Google Vertex AI Generative AI.
• API Consumption – Proficiency in integrating GenAI models into workflows using REST and GraphQL APIs - using Python FastAPI.
• Integration & Automation – Embedding Generative AI into CI/CD pipelines, ChatOps workflows, and ticketing systems for DevOps efficiency.
• Security & Governance for GenAI – Implementing measures to prevent prompt injection, ensuring compliance, managing sensitive data, and setting up governance frameworks.
