Overview

As an Architect at AtkinsRéalis India, you will lead architectural design and coordination across multidisciplinary projects. You will deliver design packages aligned with global standards and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and coordination across disciplines including MEP, structural, landscape, and other sub consultants.
• Deliver design packages aligned with global standards and quality benchmarks.
• Interpret business and project requirements to recommend best practices and challenge the status quo.
• Collaborate with remote and cross‑functional teams to evolve ways of working.
• Prepare and manage tender documentation and support site supervision as needed.
• Contribute to project management, stakeholder engagement, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the practice.

Technical & Project Tools

• Proven experience in architectural design and delivery within infrastructure or buildings & places sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bentley MicroStation, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rendering tools, sustainability frameworks such as LEED, BIM coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk certification preferred; basic knowledge of Dynamo, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, produce detailed information, annotate with proper notes and specifications, and identify discrepancies.
• Good understanding of RIBA stages of work and scope of different consultants.
