Job summary

Lighthouse Search Opc is seeking a senior AI delivery lead to steer multi-workstream engagements for large enterprises, from scoping to deployment.

You will define architectures, build complex components, and lead a team of AI scientists, while managing client expectations and coordinating with stakeholders. Prior experience with AI/ML, generative AI, and LLMs is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architecture design principles for scalable systems integration.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time while managing multiple stakeholders' expectations.
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies, including solution architecture and generative AI.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading teams in designing and implementing machine learning solutions.
• Familiarity with LLM technologies is desirable, along with experience in delivery management and project planning.
