Oracle Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle Exadata/RAC DBA to join our Customer Success team. The role emphasizes Exadata, RAC, ASM, performance tuning, HA, backup and recovery, and system upgrades.

You will provide expert support and collaborate with customers across time zones to maintain availability and reliability. You will document solutions, participate in 24x7 rotations, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engineering quality

Formación

• Requires advanced Exadata, RAC, ASM, performance tuning, HA, backup and recovery.
• Experience in database upgrades, migrations, installations and patching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, troubleshooting, tuning and optimization.
• Administer and maintain Exadata and RAC systems, including upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide proactive advice and support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for the team and customers.
• Participate in 24x7 shift rotations to support Exadata systems.
• Work with the team to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
