PRINCESS CRUISE SHIP COMPANY CANADA is seeking an Operation Manager (Full-Time) to oversee hotel main operations aboard our ship and ensure high standards of guest service across all outlets.

You will work with all department heads to maintain quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability and cost control. The role requires leadership across multiple departments and deputising for the General Manager when needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality operations management considered a plus.
• Strong cost-control and profitability mindset.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and HODs.
• Excellent guest service standards and guest satisfaction focus.

• Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular operations meetings with HODs to discuss routine matters, performance targets and guest feedback.
• Deputise for the General Manager in his absence at meetings and events.
