Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Primavera Lead with strong expertise in Primavera implementation, project planning, and project management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Primavera solutions, drive project scheduling excellence, and support stakeholders across large-scale projects.

Essential Functions

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and configuration of Primavera tools (P6 / EPPM)
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, baselines, and forecasts
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Perform critical path analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
• Generate and present MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
• Support integration of Primavera with other enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners and team members
• Conduct client/stakeholder meetings and provide strategic inputs
