Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Teacher Assistant for Grades 1 & 2 in Bengaluru to support teachers and learners in an IB PYP setting. The role focuses on literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based activities, with small-group and individual support to nurture young learners.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant education qualification and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork. You will help create a safe, inclusive classroom and support student wellbeing and independent learning.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, or Montessori qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in a primary school or IB PYP environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills.
• A passion for working with young learners.
