Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics and Science lessons for Grades 1–3.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, projects, and assessments.
• Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-based learning methods.
• Develop students' basic mathematical, logical, problem-solving, and scientific thinking skills.
• Conduct hands‑on activities, demonstrations, and simple experiments suitable for young learners.
• Use differentiated teaching strategies according to students' learning abilities.
• Integrate technology and creative teaching resources into classroom learning.
• Assess students' progress through classwork, assignments, activities, and assessments.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, questioning, and independent learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and actively participate in school events and activities.
