Our process is comprehensive to ensure we maintain quality throughout practices ensuring continuous improvements of Student Outcomes & Teacher Delivery Effectiveness.

Step 1:

Introductory Call with an HR member for Fitment covering your Experience & Impact.

Step 2:

Online Assessment to determine the Subject Proficiency and Online Demo. Right fit candidates would generally receive a virtual assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours of Step 1.

Step 3:

In-Person round at School with Principal / Co-ordinator & Demo.

Step 4:

Technical Rounds with Senior member (HOS, Central Academic Team), if required.

Step 5:
