Job summary

Easyship is seeking a Pricing Analyst to translate data into pricing decisions that drive business impact. The role focuses on understanding processes through data and supporting marketing, sales and product teams with insights.

You will build reports and visualizations to monitor KPIs, extract data from diverse sources, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. The role is based in Bengaluru (MG Road) onsite with IST hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a data/business analyst or similar in large data sets
• Solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience communicating findings visually with BI tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Highly organized with ability to work independently
• Basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge
• Experience in a SAAS environment

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Pricing analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our business processes through data analysis and leveraging that knowledge to drive business impact across organization. You will play a crucial role in helping teams make data-driven pricing decisions and improving our overall business performance.

What you additionally need to know:

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows IST collaboration hours (9:00AM–5:00PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.

What you would be responsible for:

• Understanding our business and its processes through our data
• Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help our marketing, sales and product teams drive business impact
• Assisting teams with answering questions with data through:
• Working with stakeholders to clarify and understand the potential problems at hand and business objectives they’re looking to achieve
• Extracting relevant data points from our various data sets
• Analyzing and identifying statistically significant trends or insights that could help drive improvements
• Preparing and communicating your findings which best help users most easily understand the findings
• Building reports and visualizations that allow teams to monitor key KPIs and objectives
• Creating and managing documentation on projects, recurring tasks and findings. Build a library of internal knowledge.

You might be a good fit If…

• You have 2+ years experience as a data/business analyst or similar working with sizable data sets
• You have solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing, etc
• You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• You have the proven ability to communicate findings visually with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar
• You are highly organized with the ability to work independently
• You have basic-to-Intermediate SQL knowledge
• You have experience working in a SAAS environment
