Job summary

Easyship in Bengaluru (MG Road) is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive data-driven pricing decisions and improve business performance. You will analyze data, partner with marketing, sales and product teams, and build clear reports and visualizations to monitor KPIs.

The role requires 2+ years as a data/business analyst, solid statistics knowledge, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with BI tools like Looker/Tableau. SAAS exposure is a plus. Onsite role with IST hours 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a data/business analyst or similar with sizable data sets.
• Solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing.
• Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate findings visually with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently.
• Basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Experience in a SAAS environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Pricing analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our business processes through data analysis and leveraging that knowledge to drive business impact across organization. You will play a crucial role in helping teams make data-driven pricing decisions and improving our overall business performance.

What you additionally need to know:

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows IST collaboration hours (9:00AM–5:00PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.

What you would be responsible for:

• Understanding our business and its processes through our data
• Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help our marketing, sales and product teams drive business impact
• Assisting teams with answering questions with data through:
• Working with stakeholders to clarify and understand the potential problems at hand and business objectives they’re looking to achieve
• Extracting relevant data points from our various data sets
• Analyzing and identifying statistically significant trends or insights that could help drive improvements
• Preparing and communicating your findings which best help users most easily understand the findings
• Building reports and visualizations that allow teams to monitor key KPIs and objectives
• Creating and managing documentation on projects, recurring tasks and findings. Build a library of internal knowledge.

You might be a good fit If…
