Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the appearance and safety of two store locations. The role involves nightly exterior cleaning, including sidewalks, parking areas, and canopy washing, using a hot water pressure washer.

You will handle pretreatment chemicals, protect fuel dispensers and vehicles, and manage spare parts and maintenance supplies under direction from the RSM. A valid driving record and prior experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good driving record.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking areas of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser before washing.
• Operate and maintain the company‑provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, customers’ vehicles, and customer safety during washing.
• Maintain stock and install normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
