• 5-7 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• An advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign) and Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates expert slide design, visual storytelling, and simplification of complex information.
• Exceptional attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and visual consistency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including comfort with live feedback and rapid iteration.

• Turn complex or text-heavy content into visually engaging experiences using typography, imagery, iconography, charts, and infographics.
• Apply advanced PowerPoint features to elevate impact while keeping decks usable and on brand.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, visual exploration, and early-stage slide concept development.
• Develop and maintain branded presentation templates and slide libraries.
• Ensure every deck aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Implement AI-supported brand consistency and quality control tools where appropriate.
• Ability to execute integrated design work across multiple platforms, including digital assets, infographics, and related creative materials.

Responsibilities

Overview

As Senior Presentation Designer, you will specialize in creating high-impact, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and templates that help tell clear, engaging stories for clients and internal teams. You'll transform complex information into simple, elegant slides, working closely with creative, account, and strategy partners to support new business pitches, sales meetings, workshops, and ongoing brand work. At more junior levels, this role focuses on executing presentation designs, mastering brand templates and guidelines, and supporting collaborative projects with creative and account partners. At more senior levels, it includes owning the presentation strategy, developing systems and templates that scale across projects, shaping visual storytelling approaches, and elevating team capabilities through mentorship and best practice development.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative development & design execution

• Conceptualize and design presentations that communicate key messages through strong narrative flow, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Turn complex or text-heavy content into visually engaging experiences using typography, imagery, iconography, charts, and infographics
• Apply advanced PowerPoint features (slide masters, animations, multimedia) to elevate impact while keeping decks usable and on brand
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, visual exploration, and early-stage slide concept development
• Develop and maintain branded presentation templates and slide libraries
• Ensure every deck aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Implement AI-supported brand consistency and quality control tools where appropriate to help validate alignment with guidelines and message hierarchy
• Ability to execute integrated design work across multiple platforms, including digital assets, infographics, and related creative materials.

• Collaboration, project ownership & innovation

  • Take independent ownership of projects from concept through delivery, interpreting design briefs, participating in internal reviews, and ensuring quality standards
  • Partner closely with creative leadership, account teams, and writers to understand objectives and shape visual storytelling
  • Participate in key meetings (kickoffs, reviews, run-throughs) to refine content and design in real time
  • Use AI-enabled workflow or versioning tools, where relevant, to streamline updates and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
