Job summary

Apex CoVantage in Hyderabad, India seeks a Publishing Production Lead to drive team performance and timely delivery of books, journals, and publishing products. You will develop and maintain InDesign templates, optimize Word Flow and XML Flow automation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership with 2+ years in management, and strong knowledge of paragraph/character/object/table/GREP styles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong expertise in InDesign template development for books, journals, and publishing workflows.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Word Flow and XML Flow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of style developments (Paragraph, Character, Object, Table, GREP).
