Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Premier Banking executive to acquire and manage affluent clients, offering tailored banking and wealth solutions to grow portfolios and enhance wallet share.

The role focuses on sourcing high-net-worth customers, deepening relationships through cross-selling, and coordinating with Wealth, Investments, Insurance, and Service teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Premier Banking customers and achieve assigned acquisition targets.
• Source affluent customers through referrals, market mapping, networking, and existing customer relationships.
• Promote Kotak's liability products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and Wealth products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Premier customers.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
• Ensure deepening of customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Manage customer portfolio profitability and enhance wallet share.
• Coordinate with Wealth, Investments, Insurance, and Service teams to provide end to end customer solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal bank policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer retention.
