Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Premier Acquisition Manager in India to acquire and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products and banking services. You will focus on building a strong CASA book, cross-selling third-party products, and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement.

Ideal candidates will have strong coordination skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in portfolio management to ensure long-term engagement

• Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams.
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
