Job summary

Paytm Intelligence is recruiting an AI Agentic Solutions Architect to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered workflow automation. You will partner with enterprise customers to map workflows and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes such as cost savings and conversion uplift.

You will design agentic AI systems with orchestration, APIs, and integrations, combining LLMs and rules within scalable architectures, and lead POC engagements toward production deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or workflow automation.

These systems go beyond traditional chatbots, orchestrating workflows, decisions, and actions across multiple touchpoints.

About the Role

We are hiring an AI Agentic Solutions Architect to drive enterprise adoption of AI‑powered workflow automation. This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, AI systems, and enterprise sales.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design agentic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, conversion uplift, and improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey and Workflow Design

• Map end‑to‑end customer journeys across sales, support, and operations.
• Identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Design agent‑driven workflows across systems and teams.
