Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for young children.
• Lesson Planning: Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans in alignment with the early childhood curriculum.
• Child Development: Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.
